Attacks

Line Spikes

A red strip appears toward the player and erupts after one to two seconds. It repeats twice more, making three strikes. The source clip also shows the subsequent attack sequence.

Vertical Line Spikes

Spike strips cover the arena, leaving gaps for players to stand in.

Summon Blood Minions

After the two spike attacks, it creates a Blood Minion. After roughly three have spawned, the minions become enraged and gain movement speed.
