Blade Storm

Blade Storm is a warrior ability that increases in damage with physical power. When activated, the user will summon a whirl of blades around the user rapidly spinning, giving the user a movement speed boost, and damaging enemies for twelve ticks of AoE damage. The cooldown starts to deplete after the ability has been fully used.
